How it works
Start with the easy part: patrons times average pledge gives your gross monthly total. Three hundred patrons at $5 each is $1,500 on paper — the figure Patreon proudly shows on your creator page.
Then the fees bite. Patreon's platform cut is typically 8% on the Pro plan, and payment processors add roughly 2.9% plus about 35 cents on every single pledge charged. That flat per-charge fee is why lots of small pledges cost you more than a few big ones.
The tool subtracts both to show what you actually keep. Everything is calculated in your browser. Your exact numbers depend on your plan tier, your patrons' currencies and card types, and any annual-billing discounts, so treat the net as a close estimate.

Does this include taxes?
No. This shows income after Patreon and processing fees only. Income tax, VAT, and self-employment obligations depend entirely on where you live, so set aside a portion of the net figure for those separately.
